Young Kingussie star facing extended spell on sidelines after breaking foot
Kingussie’s George Taylor-Ramsay is facing a prolonged spell on the touchline after breaking his foot against Fort William at the weekend.
But Red and Blues boss Iain Borthwick hopes to have several players back for this Saturday’s WM Donald MacTavish Cup clash with Skye.
The Kings were missing six players from their Camanachd Cup winning squad in the 2-2 draw with title rivals Fort William.
Borthwick said: "We are having a difficult time with injuries right now and George is another big blow to us as his performances have been very good.
“It is looking like he will be out for a number of weeks due to a fractured metatarsal."
Bortwick is hopeful of having a couple of his players back this Saturday and was weighing up his options after assessing their availability at midweek training.
