Top-notch military musicians will play at Macdonald Resort’s luxury auditorium

As hoped, after last year’s stunning success, the Royal Marine Band Scotland have confirmed they will be returning to Aviemore.

They are set to perform on Friday, May 30 in aid of Cardiac Risk in the Young.

Event co-ordinator Major Stewart McNeish told the Strathy: “I’m so delighted that the Marines have agreed to return to play in support of the Rotary Club of Spey Valley’s big charity concert. Last year was a virtual sell-out and we hope it will be even bigger.

The band’s director of music, Captain Ann Miller, said: “It was a pleasure to be in Aviemore last year. The audience was superb and the hospitality we received from Macdonald Aviemore Resort was second to none so we are very much looking forward to playing again this year.”

The Royal Marines are set to return after last year’s huge sucess in the auditorium at the Macdonald Aviemore Resort.
