Grantown singer-songwriter still remains hometown boy at heart
Could it be his home town of Grantown which keeps songwriter LTH centred?
New Year’s Day saw the release of Laurie Talbot-Heigh’s latest single, “Still”, which focuses on that magical quality which holds a body and soul together.
The singer who goes by LTH explained: “The song describes the feeling of euphoria, the idea that the world is going on and moving forward but there’s something or someone that keeps you centred and calm.”
As his career takes shape in Glasgow, the popular musician and writer clearly finds much to draw on back in his home town: “I had a very nice Christmas – I got to go home for a few days which was nice.”
The up and coming artist successfully mixes country with pop, rock, Celtic and traditional music as a tribute to his homeland and personal values. He is building an impressive following in the city clubs. LTH said: “My goal is to help diversify both my local and the UK country music scene.”
‘Still’ is another step on the road to that debut album, which has already seen releases of his singles ‘I hope I see this girl again’ (May 2021) and ‘All the love’ released in September.
The latest is another beautifully produced piece which like the rest of his songs is available on all major music streaming platforms.
