A95 crash at Avielochan





Traffic Scotland are advising motorists to use caution as they approach Avielochan just to the north of Aviemore.

An accident at 5pm left both eastbound and westbound lanes affected for a stretch.

"The A95 is restricted in both directions at Avielochan due to a road traffic incident," the post explained.

"Road users are advised to use caution on approach and allow extra time for their journey."

A Police Scotland spokesperson reports: “Officers were called to reports of a four vehicle crash on the A95 near Avielochan at around 5.05pm.

“Emergency services attended and recovery was arranged for the vehicles.”

There are no reports as yet of any injuries.
