Gavin Musgrove

Senior Reporter

Gavin Musgrove joined the Strathy in August 1996 with the intention of spending a few years in Badenoch and Strathspey before moving on to bigger if not better things. He's still here albeit after a year-long spell at the P&J offices in Inverness just after the turn of the Millennium. He is now based in Aviemore from where he covers all aspects of the busy news patch. Gavin said: "Aviemore and the wider strath is a very hard place to get away from - for all of the right reasons. "I can not think of any other place in the whole of the UK where I would wish to live and work especially whilst bringing up a family. "I'm proud to be part of such an amazing community and love all the area has to offer particularly the stunning outdoors and great opportunities for sport."
